What are the system requirements?
WordPress running on PHP 8.1 or newer. The pdo_mysql PHP extension is required to run the plugin.
Which WordPress version is supported?
TiQR is tested with WordPress 6.2 and newer, and lifetime updates keep it compatible as new versions ship.
Does it work with WooCommerce?
Yes — the TiQR plugin is compatible with WooCommerce.
Is TiQR secure?
TiQR uses 256-bit AES encryption and undergoes security audits. It’s based on the OCRA protocol suite from the Open Authentication Initiative (OATH).
Can I use TiQR on multiple devices?
No — for security reasons, only one device can be registered per user.
What happens if I forget my PIN or lose my device?
Sign in with another administrator account, or create a new administrator using the WordPress CLI.
